Body-based Distance Healing

Why you would seek this kind of session:

The nature of this work:

According to Ortho-Bionomy®, everything in the universe has a self-righting reflex. Our bodies are intensely opinionated and also very responsive to our attentiveness. In a distance session, I use energy and intention to work with your body's reflexes and energy patterns in the same way I would if we were in the same room together.

Because matter and energy are connected, body-based healing can be done just as easily at a distance as in person. Many clients actually prefer distance work because they can be in their own comfortable environment, lying down or in whatever position feels best.

How distance healing works:

Distance healing works through the quantum field — the energetic substrate that connects all things. In this field, separation in space does not limit our ability to connect and work together. The body responds to the intention and information of the session regardless of physical proximity.

This is not merely a belief — it is something you can experience directly. Most clients feel sensations during the session: warmth, tingling, movement, relaxation, emotional release, or other responses. Your feedback during the session helps guide the work.

What a session is like:

Sessions are done via Zoom, phone, or chat. I recommend that you are in a comfortable position where you can relax. You may lie down, sit, or be in whatever position feels right. We begin with a brief check-in, and then I begin working with your body energetically. I will share what I'm noticing and invite your feedback throughout. Sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes.
