I offer in-person therapeutic bodywork sessions in Santa Fe, New Mexico. My practice integrates Cranial Sacral Therapy and Ortho-Bionomy, two gentle yet profound approaches to working with the body.

Why you would seek this kind of session:

  • Chronic or acute pain
  • Recovery from injury or surgery
  • Headaches or migraines
  • Nervous system dysregulation
  • Stress and tension held in the body
  • Trauma held in the body
  • Wanting to develop a better relationship with your body
  • General support for health and wellbeing

Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the craniosacral system — the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. By releasing tensions in this system, CST can help alleviate a wide range of dysfunctions. CST is deeply relaxing and supports the body's natural healing processes.

Ortho-Bionomy

Ortho-Bionomy is a gentle, osteopathically-based bodywork that works with the body's self-corrective reflexes. Rather than forcing change, it supports the body in finding its own ease and alignment. It is exceptionally gentle and suitable for people with acute pain, injuries, or those who prefer a very light touch.

What a session is like:

Sessions are done fully clothed on a massage table. The work is very gentle — often involving subtle holds and movements rather than pressure. Most clients experience deep relaxation, and many report feeling lighter, more open, or more connected to their bodies after a session. Sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes.
